Step 1 of 9 · Plan

Strategy

We turn a 45-minute call into a one-page campaign brief: your offer, the companies worth targeting, who buys, and who to leave out. Nothing is built until you approve it.

  • 45-minute kickoff call
  • Offer angle and proof points
  • Exclusion rules: size, industry, competitors

Step 2 of 9 · Setup

Infrastructure setup

While we build your list, we set up dedicated sending infrastructure in parallel: separate domains, authenticated mailboxes, and a full DNS and warm-up cycle, so your main company domain is never touched.

  • Separate domains and mailboxes
  • Full SPF, DKIM and DMARC authentication
  • 10 to 14 days of automated warm-up
Sending infrastructure Warm-up in progress
Domains

Inboxes

Warm-up

You get
Your own domain untouched
Step 3 of 9 · Your list

Account sourcing

We pull companies and decision makers from Sales Navigator, Apollo and industry registries. An AI agent then reads every company website and removes the ones that only look like a fit.

  • Sales Navigator, Apollo, registries
  • AI agent reads each website
  • Wrong-fit companies removed

You get
A fit-checked account list
Step 4 of 9 · Your list

Scraping and enrichment

Agents scan job boards, news and company websites for every account: open roles, new sites, investments, leadership changes. That context becomes the reason to write now.

  • Job boards: open roles
  • News: new sites, investments
  • Websites: products, certifications

Step 5 of 9 · Your list

Data validation and cleaning

Every email address is checked against the mail server before it goes near a campaign, and messy company names, titles and salutations get cleaned up so the first line of every email reads like a person wrote it.

  • Mail-server check per address
  • Legal suffixes removed, titles turned into plain roles
  • Generic inboxes like info@ skipped

Step 6 of 9 · Your messages

Audience split

One list, four conversations. An operations leader is measured on efficiency, a CEO on margins, so we split the list by role and give each audience its own pitch instead of one generic message.

  • Split by role and what they are measured on
  • One pitch per audience
  • Reply rate tracked per audience
5,300 qualified contacts 4 audiences
Operations leaders "Cut manual work across the team"2,000
Finance directors "Close the books in half the time"1,400
Sales leaders "More pipeline without new hires"1,300
CEOs and founders "Protect margins as costs rise"600
You get
4 audiences, 4 pitches
Step 7 of 9 · Your messages

Copywriting

Every audience gets its own sequence, and every email opens with a line written from that lead's own signals. You review and approve the copy before anything is sent.

  • One sequence per audience, 3 to 4 emails
  • First line written from each lead's signals
  • You approve before launch

Step 8 of 9 · Sending and replies

Campaign deployment

Once your infrastructure is warmed and the copy is approved, we launch sending at a careful, steady pace across every inbox so emails land in the inbox, not spam.

Step 9 of 9 · Sending and replies

Replies and meetings

A person answers every reply the same day: questions, objections, scheduling. Interested buyers land on your calendar with context, and you see replies and meetings per audience in a weekly report.

  • Replies answered the same day
  • Meetings booked into your calendar and CRM
  • Weekly report per audience

Questions people ask first

Is this right for my business?

It works best when you sell to other businesses, one new customer is worth more than about $5,000 to you, and you can describe who buys from you. It is usually not a fit for consumer products or very small deals. The free consultation is there to answer exactly this.

Will this hurt our brand or our email domain?

No. We send from separate domains that look like your brand, set up and warmed before any campaign starts. Your main company domain and your own inboxes are never touched, and the new domains belong to you.

Isn't cold email just spam?

Spam is the same message blasted to anyone. We write to a chosen group of decision makers, open every email with something specific about their company, and keep it short and easy to say no to.

What does the $2,500 setup cover?

Everything needed to launch and the first 60 days of running it: your list of companies and decision makers, verified emails, the copy, the sending domains and inboxes, and the software we use to send emails on your behalf.

What counts as a booked meeting?

A meeting counts when a decision maker who fits the plan we agreed on books a time on your calendar through our outreach.

How much of my time does this take?

About 2 hours in total: a 45-minute kickoff call, 20 minutes to approve the emails, then two 30-minute meetings every 4 weeks so you can tell us which leads are buying, so we can tweak the campaign and target more people with the same profile.

Meet the founder

Who's behind your outbound?

You work with me directly. No account managers, no hand-off to a junior.

I'm Habib. I co-founded Datablist.com, a data tool more than 37,000 companies use to find, clean and qualify B2B leads. So when I build your list and write your emails, you can be sure that it's done by an expert who has built a software for it.

Sending a bunch of cold emails is easy. Finding the right companies, sourcing the right decision makers, enriching missing data, writing to each role in its own language and keeping your domains out of spam is harder. AI models and inbox regulations change every few weeks, and keeping up shouldn't be your job.

That's why we stay small: a few clients at a time, every campaign with my name on it. You'll know who we target, what we send and what to expect before a single email goes out.

It's the same data work behind Datablist, the software teams at Uber, Amazon and Airbus use.

My promise: if cold email won't work for your market, I'll tell you on the call, not try to convince you to buy. I'd rather turn down a deal than run campaigns that don't pay for themselves.
